Chocolate-Sour Cream Fondue

1 bag milk chocolate chips (~11 oz.)
1/4 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup sour cream

Heat ingredients over low heat, preferably in double boiler. Be careful not to burn.
Serves about 10 people

Optional ingredients:

  • 2-3 T. orange liqueur
  • 2-3 T. Kirsch
  • 2-3 T. Brandy
  • 2-3 T. white creme de menthe
  • 2 T. dry instant coffee
  • 1/4 t. cinnamon
