1 bag milk chocolate chips (~11 oz.)
1/4 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup sour cream
Heat ingredients over low heat, preferably in double boiler. Be careful not to burn.
Serves about 10 people
Optional ingredients:
- 2-3 T. orange liqueur
- 2-3 T. Kirsch
- 2-3 T. Brandy
- 2-3 T. white creme de menthe
- 2 T. dry instant coffee
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
