Cheddar Bay Biscuits

1 C. Bisquick baking mix - low fat okay
1/3 C. milk
1/4 C. shredded cheddar cheese - low fat okay
1/8 C. butter or margarine - melted
1/8 t. garlic powder

  • Combine bisquick, milk, and cheese, and beat with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds
  • Spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Smooth down tops with spoon
  • Bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes
  • Combine butter and garlic powder and pour over hot biscuits
Makes 4 biscuits
